These Terms govern your use of this website and the restoration services provided by ALABASTER SQUARE 3 LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Service We Provide

We are a natural stone, tile and grout restoration company operating in person in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our work includes honing and polishing marble and travertine, grout cleaning and sealing, tile restoration, countertop polishing and re-sealing, and related surface care. This website is informational: it describes our services and lets you contact us. It is not a store — no goods are sold, shipped, or paid for through this site, and there is no online checkout.

Quotes & Scheduling

• All quotes are provided flat and in writing after an on-site measure of the actual surface.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the written estimate.
• Scheduling requires reasonable access to the work area and, where applicable, working water and electricity on site.

Payment

For standard residential work, payment is due after the work is completed and inspected, by card, check or Zelle. We do not collect payment through this website and do not require up-front payment for standard jobs. Any deposit for large commercial or multi-day projects is agreed in writing in advance.

Workmanship & Re-Do

We stand behind our workmanship as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Natural stone varies; some pre-existing conditions (deep cracks, prior damage, severe etching) may limit the achievable result, and we will disclose those limits before beginning work and note them on the quote.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions disclosed before work began. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
