Only what a quote needs: the name, phone number, email address and property address you type into the quote form or read out over the phone, plus whatever you tell us about the floor. If you become a customer we also keep the job file — measurements, the stone type, what was done, the invoice and how it was paid. That is the whole list.
No card numbers are ever entered on this website; the site takes no payments and has no checkout. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth or any financial account detail. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party analytics profiles on visitors, and we do not build a profile of anyone who reads this page.
To call you back, to price the job, to show up at the right address on the right morning, and to invoice you afterwards. Nothing else.
Nobody, with two narrow exceptions: the payment processor that runs a card at the end of a job, and the accountant who prepares the company's Florida and federal returns. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise hand customer information to marketers, lead brokers, data aggregators or anyone else, for any price. There is no affiliate arrangement behind this business through which your details could travel.
Quote requests that never turn into a job are deleted within twelve months. Completed job records are kept for seven years, because Florida tax and liability rules make that sensible.
Write to office@virilkegel.shop or call (561) 348-2276 and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will answer within thirty days. Deletion is honoured except where a completed invoice has to stay on the books for tax purposes.
This site sets no cookies of its own beyond what the hosting layer needs to deliver the page, and runs no advertising or social tracking scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of because there is nothing following you.
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we have no reason to.
Skilled restoration labour performed in person at your property: honing, polishing, deep cleaning, stripping, descaling and sealing of stone, tile and grout that is already installed. No goods are sold on this website. Nothing is shipped. There is no cart, no checkout, no digital product, no subscription and no membership of any kind.
Any figure given over the phone is a range based on your description. The binding number is the written flat quote handed to you after the floor has been measured in person, and it is valid for thirty days. If the stone turns out to be in worse condition than it looked — hidden lippage, a previous coating, structural cracking — we stop and tell you before starting, and you decide. We do not revise a price upward after the work has begun.
Nothing is due up front. No deposit is taken, no card is held on file, and no recurring charge exists anywhere in this business. Payment is due once the job is complete and you have walked the finished floor with the owner: card, cheque or Zelle, on the day. Invoices unpaid after thirty days accrue simple interest at 1.5% per month.
We promise the finish demonstrated in the test square that was cut on your own floor before the work was booked. We do not promise that stone becomes permanently scratch-proof, that a sealer lasts forever, or that every etch and stain in a fifty-year-old floor can be removed — some cannot, and we say so at the measure rather than after the invoice. We make no health, safety or environmental claim about any product used, and we do not describe any result as guaranteed, miraculous or permanent.
The work needs water, power and clear floor space; furniture is moved and replaced by us. General liability insurance is carried and the certificate is sent to any property manager, board or homeowner who asks. Pre-existing damage is photographed before work starts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Palm Beach County.
Cancel a booked job at any time before the crew arrives, by phone or email, at no charge. There is nothing to refund because nothing was paid in advance — that is the point of billing at the end.
If we arrive and you have changed your mind, we leave and there is no bill.
If, after the job, the finished floor does not match the test square you approved, call within seven days and we come back and re-run the affected area at no cost. If it still cannot be brought to what the square showed, that portion of the invoice is refunded. Requests go to office@virilkegel.shop or (561) 348-2276 and are answered within two business days.
Jobs are occasionally postponed by us for weather or equipment failure. When that happens you are called the same morning and rescheduled to the first available day; a postponement never carries a charge.
The legal name, street address and telephone number above are identical on this page, on the home page, on the Florida state filing and on the billing details of the account that funds our advertising. The domain this site sits on was purchased second-hand; it is unrelated to any health, supplement, wellness or adult product, and this company sells none of those things. It restores floors.
