Owner-run, on-site restoration of natural stone, tile and grout. We measure your floors in person, quote flat and in writing, and you pay only after you've walked the finished work.
Every price is quoted flat and in writing after an on-site measure. Ranges depend on stone type, square footage and how much etching, wax or lippage we find.
Reach us by phone or the quote form. Tell us the stone type and roughly what's going on with it.
We come out, measure the real square footage, look at the etching and wear, and hand you a written flat quote.
Our crew restores the stone in person on the scheduled day — machines, pads and sealers, all on-site.
You walk the finished floor with us. Only then do you pay — card, check or Zelle. No deposit up front.
The name says what we do: a restored marble or travertine floor looks like a clean slab of alabaster, and that before-and-after is the whole business. I started this crew restoring stone in the Flagler Drive condo towers — honing grey walk lanes out of travertine lobbies, pulling etch rings off Palm Beach wet bars — and it grew by referral from there.
We are a small, hands-on, owner-run operation based at 525 South Flagler Dr in West Palm Beach. We serve homeowners, condo and HOA associations, property managers and a handful of restaurants and offices across Palm Beach County — West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter.
A note, because our web address is a .shop name: this is not an online store. Nothing is sold, shipped or checked out on this site. It is an information page for a local service performed in person. We are the party that does and bills the work — not an affiliate, lead broker, marketplace or middleman. The company, this website, and the bank account are one and the same business.
"Our lobby travertine had grey lanes worn right through it. They honed the whole floor over a weekend and it looks like the day the building opened. Quoted flat, no surprises."
— Diane R., HOA board, Flagler Dr condo"Etch rings all around the wet bar marble from years of limes and wine. He measured, gave me the price in writing, and I paid after — which is exactly how it should be."
— Marcus T., Palm Beach"Kitchen island had lost all its shine where we eat. Polished and re-sealed in an afternoon and water beads up again. Honest, local, on time."
— Priya N., WellingtonTell us about your stone and we'll schedule a measure. We reply the same or next business day.
